OTP Skladi, Upravljanje z investicijskimi skladi, d.o.o., Koper, Pristaniška ulica 12, Koper (formerly: Primorski skladi, Upravljanje z investicijskimi skladi, d.o.o., Koper) (hereinafter: the Company), pursuant to Article 214 of the Zakon o investicijskih skladih in družbah za upravljanje (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 31/15, as amended) and the Sklepa o objavah in neposrednem obveščanju imetnikov enot (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No 100/15, as amended) shall publish the following information regarding changes in the ownership structure and the change of the company name:

On 20.5.2026, the company Elektroncek Group B.V., Netherlands, disposed of its entire, 100% ownership interest in the Company, thereby ceasing to be the holder of a direct qualifying holding in the Company. The holders of a direct qualifying holding in the company OTP Skladi, d.o.o., Koper, became OTP Fund Management Ltd., Hungary, and OTP banka d.d., Slovenia.

As of the date of the change in ownership, the company Primorski skladi, Upravljanje z investicijskimi skladi, d.o.o., Koper was renamed OTP Skladi, Upravljanje z investicijskimi skladi, d.o.o., Koper (short form: OTP Skladi d.o.o.).

The company's headquarters and contact details remain unchanged.
